Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING-
North America:
Orders addressed to continental United States & Canada are shipped UPS ground and take between 6 to 9 buisness days to arrive.
Hawaii/Alaska shipments are shipped via UPS 3 day air and are subject to additional shipping fees. Please Email for additional costs to ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
Presently CedarKits.NHSouth.com is not setup to handle International orders.
Expedited and Express shipping services are available for an additional fee. Expedited is normally 2-3 days delivery time and Express shipping is overnight. Email us with your destination address and ask us for a shipping quote.
Due to size or weight restricitons some packages must be shipped by Large Truck.
Delivery time for large truck shipping may range from 6 – 15 business days; a tracking number will be emailed within 48 hrs of shipping.
The carrier will contact you directly to schedual a delivery time. Delivery must be taken within 48 hours of initial contact otherwise storage fees will apply. Freight deliveries are scheduled on week days only, weekend deliveries can be scheduled for an extra fee.
It is important to note that the driver is not responsible for unloading or moving items into the yard, garage or home, or up or down steps. If any of these service options are required they can be arranged directly with the freight company when they call. These services typically involve additional charges payable to the freight carrier upon delivery.
Large Truck Orders cannot be canceled after shipment. If a freight delivery is refused, freight charges to and from the delivery address will be removed from the refund balance.
All packages must be inspected by you at time of delivery.
If a product and/or box(es) arrive damaged, you must record damages in detail on the delivery receipt and fax to us at 603-601-0323 or email servicedept@cedarkits.nhsouth.com with a copy.
It is the customers responsibility to check that all items are correct and that all pieces are accounted for before delivery reciept is signed. If specific shipping errors, damages or other problems are not noted, we will be unable to replace or otherwise warrenty the order.
Change of Address Fee:
Please ensure that the shipping address that you provide contains accurate information, including zip code and telephone number. In the event a shipment is sent to an incorrect address due to an error at CedarKits.NHSouth.com, we will have the shipment re-routed at our expense. However, if the address we received on the order form is incorrect, then all fees billed by UPS for re-direction or re-shipment of the package will be passed on to the customer.
UPS charges an address correction fee of $10.00 per package. If the shipment cannot be re-routed and it lands back at our warehouse UPS charges a return shipping fee which is the same as the original shipping fee.
If shipping to a P.O. Box address, the recipient’s telephone number must be included on the label. Shipments addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed and require an address correction charge. Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.
Shipping rates for continental North America are as posted for each item on the catalog page. Our ship rates are fixed per item for any destination in North America and include all additional fuel surcharges. CedarKits.NHSouth.com is not responsible for any state or federal tax, customs, brokerage, duties or other government fees that may apply to the shipment, nor do we collect these fees for any of the parties listed above. Orders of 8 or more items shipped to the same address may be eligible for a shipping discount. Please email us with the particulars of your order for a custom shipping quote.
Returns/Refunds/Damaged Items

Returns:
If you need to return an item we will refund to you the purchase price of the order less the original shipping & handling costs.
Returns must be requested by email within 14 days of receipt of merchandise and are subject to a standard 5% restocking fee.
All merchandise must be returned in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, hardware packs and manuals.
Orders cancelled after packages have been shipped will be subject to round trip shipping and handling charges. A return for refund does not come under our warranty conditions below, therefore your customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Warranty Replacement:
If you receive a defective item, CedarKits.NHSouth.com will, at its discretion and expense replace any parts that are found defective within 14 days of purchase. CedarKits.NHSouth.com must be notified by email with supporting pictures of defective item or parts. Our 14 day warranty covers replacement of any defective item or parts. We do not cover a refund of the purchase price for a return. In the event you decide to cancel your order for a refund you will be responsible for returning the item(s) to us as outlined in our returns section above.

Shipping Damage:
- Upon delivery, be sure to open the box and inspect the merchandise before accepting and signing for delivery. If you discovers upon inspection that the merchandise is damaged you should refuse delivery and note damage on the shippers copy of the freight bill. Contact CedarKits.NHSouth.com within 3 business days.
CedarKits.NHSouth.com will handle correspondence with freight company and arrange for a replacement part or replacement product to be shipped free of charge.
- If your have noted damage on the waybill and decided to keep the product Kits.NHSouth.com must be notified of damage with supporting photos of damaged item and photos of both inner and outer packaging by email within 3 days.
CedarKits.NHSouth.com will handle correspondence with freight company and arrange for a replacement part or replacement product to be shipped free of charge. In the event you would like to cancel your order for a refund it will be considered a return and you will be responsible for returning the item to us as outlined in our returns policy above. - If damaged packages are recieved without notating the damage on drivers waybill, CedarKits.NHSouth.com must be notified by email within 3 days with supporting photos of the damaged product and photos of all internal and external packaging. CedarKits.NHSouth.com will replace the product free of charge, however if the damage notation has not been made on the drivers copy of the waybill the contract that has been made with the freight company on behalf of the you will become null and void. Therefore you will be required to pay all freight charges involved with return of the damaged item as well as all freight charges for shipping the replacement item to them.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, request an RA Form to return the product for exchange and indicate which product they are exchanging for.

TO RETURN A PRODUCT FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND
- Request a return authorization number (RA number) below.
- Once you receive our (RA Form), you must print it out and attach a copy to the outside of each package being returned.
- Ship the item back through the shipping method of your choice and email purchasedept@cedarkits.nhsouth.com with the tracking number information.
- All returns must be accompanied by the RA Form and must be shipped prepaid to the US Warehouse as stated on the RA Form.
- Any shipments returned without this documentation will be refused and no amount will be refunded.
- If you are returning an item for exchange, we will ship a replacement to you at no charge.
